Making up for our hiatus...

Dietrich has been doing a lot of cooking and baking. He's made upside down pear cake, molasses crinkles, lasagna, broiled Salmon with basil and lemongrass, burritoes and more! Delicious.

We house/pet sat for one of my co workers and her roommates. They have a chic seventies look going on at their house. Pet-sitting...one old dog almost died and the other has some digestion/poop-eating issues. ugh.

We had Thanksgiving dinner at Charlie B's, a local dive bar. A co worker invited us. It was a good spread and a fun time.

Then we went bowling!

My friend, Hattie's, dad and sister visited. They rented a cabin out in the woods and invited us for a game night. It was great fun.

We drove out into the national forest and cut down our Christmas tree. Great vistas, although the icy dirt roads had me a bit on edge.

Hot chocolate!

Christmas outfits!

and a tiny tree.

We had a big snow storm last weekend. This is the view out our apartment window into the Winter wonderland.

I, Abigail, went to a secret santa gift exchange at a friend's house. Here are some of my lovely co workers.
